When you join the first-drop list

We save your email address, your first name if you provide it, any sweet preferences you select, the signup time, and your consent to receive news about our 2027 relaunch and first drop. Your name and sweet preferences are optional.

When you say hello

We save the name, email address, and message you send so the Gingersnap team can review and respond to your note. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing updates.

Website services

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. The hosting service processes requests to operate the website. The forms use basic abuse protection, including temporary request counters, to limit unwanted submissions. We do not ask for payment information, and this website does not currently accept orders.

Your choices

You can choose whether to join the first-drop list. To ask about your details or request removal from the list, send a note through the website’s “Say hello” form using the email address associated with your signup. The bakery team will review your request.
